No. 7 – Self-Denial
It’s false humility to think that it’s vain to focus on yourself and your clothing needs. Self-denial won’t get you to Heaven. Think about it. Is it “too showy” for a rose bush to produce beautiful roses? Is it self-indulgent for the sun to come up every day and glow so brightly for all to enjoy? Is it vain for you to look like your beautiful self? NO! The whole world benefits from you caring for yourself. Don’t deny yourself the pleasure of looking and feeling your best.
